The double facer machine is widely used in the corrugated cardboard production line, which is an essential parts. The quality of the corrugated cardboard you produce is strongly associated with the working performance of the double facer machine.
It's main functions are for bonding flat liner board closely and firmly on the flute tips of the single faced corrugated
cardboard, consequently producing high quality single wall corrugated board through heating and cooling.

Heating Section
Cooling Section
Cooling Section is to cooling and forming the heated dry corrugated cardboard to be flat in good shape and prevent against
wrapping and dents.
Cooling section consists of upper and lower conveyor belts, between which the cardboard is transported through.
Heating Section
Heating section is to facilitate gelatinization of glue in the paper board, thus making it bonded firmly and evaporating extra
moisture.
